I was moving out and the cleaner I originally booked weeks ago failed to show. After 4 hours of waiting, I became frantic as I needed someone that day since I didn’t have time to clean myself. I called 5 other companies and got no response or they were booked. Losing hope, I called HQ Cleaning Services and Cecilia answered. She literally saved my life. She was already on-site at a job in Bainbridge Island but said she would be available and back in Burien around 2pm the same day! I immediately booked her.
Cecilia was punctual, professional and did an amazing job. I apologized that I left her such a big task to complete(2 story house with 4 bedrooms), she said she could do it and be done around 9pm.
